This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect a user’s equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems (e.g., you cannot access your internet service provider), unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, strikes or other labour problems or any force majeure. BUSINESS CONTINUITY DISCLOSURE

MDN Group has designed a business continuity plan (“BCP”) to evaluate and manage a potentially significant disruption to its business operations so that we may continue critical business functions in the event of an emergency. Critical functions include the storage and preservation of data, alternate communications with clients and regulators and alternate communications with employees. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, MDN Group must be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information about our business continuity plan.

Contacting Us – If a significant business disruption occurs at our offices, the firm will assess which means of communication are still available, and use the means closest in speed and form (written or oral) to the means that have been used in the past to communicate with the other party.

Our Business Continuity Plan – MDN Group plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption, and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment and protecting the firm’s books and records. MDN Group creates back-up copies of the server on a daily basis and stores the back-ups at an off-site location to ensure that critical data will not be lost in the event of a significant business disruption. In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

We will make every reasonable effort to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption, employing the use of our business continuity plan. We plan to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption unless circumstances prohibit us from doing so. If, for any reason, at any time, we are forced by circumstances outside our direct control to discontinue business, we will immediately determine our planned recovery time and communicate those plans to all concerned parties.

We have devoted considerable thought and effort to designing our business continuity plan and we review and test our plan periodically to ensure readiness. However, no plan can assure recovery if a disaster or significant business interruptions were to occur.
