    Denis is one of the founding members of MDN Group and has over 20 years of experience advising companies in M&A and corporate finance. He works on all strategic initiatives as well as managing the company infrastructure.

    He has broad experience in strategic advice and corporate finance, having advised clients on a range of transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

    His responsibilities include managing the MDN Group’s operations, identifying and developing new strategic opportunities, and pursuing and managing new and existing client relationships. Denis has broad experience in the corporate finance business, having advised a wide range of private and public companies in Europe and Asia including takeovers, acquisitions, disposals and raising capital. He holds the degree of Master of Business Administration.

    Martin has over 25 years of experience as an adviser and investor across the energy, industrial, infrastructure and technology sectors. In the last few years, Martin completed more than 30 projects in logistics, healthcare, and FMCG.
    He has strong relationships with large global companies and extensive transaction valuation, negotiation, and structuring experience.

    He works closely with companies and investors to identify strategic opportunities in global markets and craft client-specific solutions. He has worked on the buy-side and the sell-side for a wide array of international companies, mid-caps, entrepreneurs, and private equity owners. Martin received his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, majoring in Finance.

    Peter has over 15 years of experience advising leading companies on M&A assignments. In the last few years, Peter completed more than 30 projects in the IT, Support Services, FMCG Retail & Distribution and TMT sectors. His primary role is advising clients pursuing cross-border transactions between Europe and Asia.

    His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. He has broad experience in Corporate Finance, having advised on numerous M&A and Debt Advisory – restructuring and project finance transactions. Peter graduated in Business and Economics and he holds an MBA.

    David has over 20 years of transaction experience working on mergers and acquisitions and financings. He brings a wealth of cross-border transaction experience, helping both larger corporations optimize their business portfolios and leading growth companies toward value-added partnerships with leading companies and investors, utilizing a full range of capital and financing alternatives in support of client objectives.

    In addition to his transactional expertise, David has advised companies, investors, and government entities on the impact of industries restructuring. He has led the origination and execution of a number of significant strategic advisory roles, as well as equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions. He holds a PhD in Economics and he holds a PhD in Business Administration.

    Steven is an investment banker with over 15 year’s experience, he has advised on many of the largest and most complex mergers, acquisitions and strategic restructuring transactions in Asia and the Middle East.

    He draws upon his understanding of how efficient solutions impact the competitiveness of businesses to advise his clients on executing their growth strategies.

    He has broad experience, having advised numerous corporations on strategic M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. In particular, he has developed a direct and deep dialogue with Asian and Middle East clients interested in developing in Europe. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a Business Administration graduate.

    Andrew has more than 10 year’s experience advising companies in both M&A and corporate finance. His experience covers debt and equity fundraising and M&A across Asia and the Middle East.

    Andrew believes that properly structured investments, partnerships, and acquisitions can create win-win outcomes for companies as well as large industrial companies seeking to create enduring shareholder value.

    He has a broad experience of public and private transactions including takeovers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings and restructurings. He holds an MBA as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Bachelor of Mathematics.

    Gabriel focuses on buyer relations and buy-side engagements. He also prepares marketing materials and financial reports utilizing financial modelling and in-depth analysis to support the rest of the MDN Group’s team. His skills, experience, and passion for business to uncover the intangible value of his clients, and to represent that value to prospective buyers in the M&A market.

    Gabriel’s industry background includes financial planning and risk management. Gabriel holds an MBA and is a Bachelor of Economics.
