2. SERVER LOG FILES

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits. This information comprises:

– browser type and version
– operating system used
– referrer URL
– host name of the accessing device
– date and time of the server request
– IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website and in the security of our IT systems, which requires that server log files be collected. The data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

3. CONTACTING US

If you contact us by email, telephone or via a contact form, the details you provide, including the contact data you supply, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We retain this data until you request its deletion or the purpose for storing it ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

We transfer personal data to third parties only where this is permitted by law or where you have consented. Recipients may include, in particular, service providers we use for the operation of this website and our IT infrastructure, who act as processors on our behalf and are bound by contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 7. RIGHT TO OBJECT

Where processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing. This also applies to any profiling based on that provision. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 21 (1) GDPR).

Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes (Art. 21 (2) GDPR).

8. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with personal data. However, we may be unable to process your enquiry or to enter into or perform a contract with you if you do not provide the data required for that purpose.

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for its operation, such as session cookies. The legal basis for storing and accessing information on your terminal equipment is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; the processing of any resulting personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
