She focuses on the earliest stage of the transaction cycle – mapping target universes, approaching business owners and decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities before they move into a formal mandate.
Her approach is deliberately relationship-led rather than transactional: many of the conversations she starts develop over months before an owner is ready to act, and Olivia maintains that dialogue so that MDN Group is positioned when the timing is right. She works closely with the Partners and the associate team to make sure originated opportunities match the firm’s sector focus and the objectives of its sell-side clients.
Before joining MDN Group in 2024, Olivia supported transaction and coverage teams across the capital markets business. That background gives her a working understanding of how a deal is ultimately executed and financed – context she brings to conversations long before a process formally begins.
