Andrew has more than 10 years’ experience advising companies in both M&A and corporate finance. His experience covers debt and equity fundraising and M&A across Asia and the Middle East.
Andrew believes that properly structured investments, partnerships, and acquisitions can create win-win outcomes for companies as well as large industrial companies seeking to create enduring shareholder value.
He has broad experience of public and private transactions including takeovers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings and restructurings. He holds an MBA as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Bachelor of Mathematics.
