On 5 October 2006, MDN Group took part in the branch conference «Furniture business is technologies of conquest of victories at the market» devoted to furniture business, within the framework of «ÊievExpoFurniture» exhibition.
Contributors treated the problem aspects of marketing, which are typical for the furniture companies of Ukraine, and the variants of their decision were considered through the perspective of the generalized experience of experts and business-consultants. The Top-managers of companies and commercial departments, directors on marketing and sales departments of more than forty furniture companies of Ukraine took part in a conference.
Andrey Dligach, the Managing Partner of MDN Group, in his report presented for consideration the role of marketing role as key business-process on a way to leadership at the market. Andrey Dligach pointed out the necessity to strengthen focus on analytics (“mathematics – in marketing!”); to orient at not on effectiveness, but on efficiency; to change of the typical for the Ukrainian furniture companies approach to marketing (marketing must be the “flaming motor” of business); to the structuring of marketing activity; to positioning, and also to researches and innovations.
The Andrey Dligach’s report aroused much interest of the conference participants because of the aspects presented in his lecture. It can help the Ukrainian furniture companies not only in orientation at the market but also in the adequate choice of development strategy of business.
